Paul was Original NU-Metal Pioneer

Paul Cattermole of S Club 7 has dissed Fred Dirst’s Limp Bizkit for arriving on the nu-metal scene five years late.

His outburst follows the singer being cautioned for smoking cannabis by the police and points toward the band member adopting a new tougher, streetwise image.

“I’m not dissing Limp Bizkit, I love them,” says Cattermole, before adding, “but we were doing that five years ago.

The band I was in would have p**d all over them because we were singing about my generation. The Bizkits are doing that but they are 35-years-old.”
