Rachel not ready for children just yet

While most women with a successful career over many years might look forward to starting a family, former S Club singer Rachel Stevens is determined to stay focused on work.

‘I am a real career girl, always working on new projects – I will not give it up,’ she said.

The 31-year-old pop star and Strictly Come Dancing contestant, who wed actor Alex Bourne in August, cheekily added: ‘We want babies but we’ve only been married a short time. Let’s just say we are doing a lot of practising.’
