Rachel Stevens smiled and shows off her tattoo as she walks down Third St in West Hollywood, CA. The S Club 7 singer was asked several times to look back and smile for the camera. She was constantly smiling and when asked about her tattoo she continued to smile. So, is it Henna or is it real?
