Rachel Stevens’ dance partner Vincent Simone has joked he is going to sabotage her wedding.
Former S Club 7 singer Rachel, 30, who came second in the sixth series of Strictly Come Dancing with Vincent, is planning to wed actor Alex Bourne.
But it seems that the couple’s big day could not quite go to plan if Vincent has anything to do with it, according to Closer magazine.
Vincent, 30, who is currently dating an air hostess called Susan, joked to Closer: “Someone’s going to have to tie me down at the ceremony because I’m going to somersault on to a chair and scream for it to stop!”
He added: “But seriously, I think I’ll have to stay at home because I’ll cry too much – it will be very emotional for me.”
Vincent and Rachel are currently dancing together on the Strictly live tour, and Vincent says the partnership has made his dreams come true.
He said: “I saw her at the ballet long before she was asked to do Strictly Come Dancing and I said to my friend: ‘Look at that beautiful woman. I would do anything to go over and talk to her.’ That tells me it was meant to be.”
